packing TITAAN 110 is an advanced, fully automatic machine of Henkelman. It is designed for meat plants, food industry, wholesalers and all the places where you need a very high performance, reliability, and process automation. The device is made of high quality materials, ie. Stainless steel high strength. It has also been equipped with automatic single-chamber cover from the conveyor belt, so that the product packaging is transported outside the packaging machine. Packing TITAAN 110 it is also equipped with advanced and multi-functional control system ACS, which allows you to store up to 20 here programs and offers many options such as marinating, softening, can connect the printer etc.

packing TITAAN 110 is equipped with a vacuum pump by Busch high-performance 160 m³ / h (optional 100 or 300 m³ / h ), which allows for 99 80% of vacuum and two sealing strips with a length of 1050 x 620 mm (front and left). You can also install the Active Bi-welding and welding and cutting controlled separately, which can be   selected depending on the needs. A single cycle is about 15-50 seconds. The machine is equipped with a standard function gentle aeration (Softair) which prevents damage and deformation of the packaged product and the bag.
