COD shipment COD items are possible in Poland! The cost of such shipment is 21.14 zł (net 26,00 zł gross). COD items are broadcast within 1-2 business days. Shipments are carried out by DPD. If you want to buy products "COD" out of the country, we advise you to contact us to discuss the possibilities. Shipment pobraniowa not weigh more than 31kg.
Courier If you choose to pay for your order in advance, your products will send via courier DPD. By choosing this mode of transport you will receive an invoice which you can pay by traditional bank transfer, credit card or online payment. The costs of such transportation amount to 16.26 zł (net 20,00 zł gross). In the case of shipments weighing over 31kg transport costs are calculated individually. Shipping is carried out as soon as your funds will be published on our account. If you are looking for fast shipping of products, you can send us a confirmation of payment (bank printout or screenshot), so your order will be processed immediately. In this case, we advise you to make telephone contact with our Customer Service Center. For efficient operation and avoid confusion we recommend to prepare your order number.
Shipping outside the Polish border? Would you like to send ordered products outside Poland? In the table below you can see how much are transportation costs to individual European countries. The possibility and the cost of shipping to countries outside of Europe should always be discussed with the Customer Service Centre. We remain at your disposal.
Immediately after the shipment of the order, we will notify you by email. E-mail will contain information about the shipment and the tracking number and a link to the website of the courier (if this information is available).
We always strive to ordered product is delivered at the time specified in the order confirmation. This time depends on your chosen by the method of payment and shipping as well as the availability of the product (which is always inform the relevant e-mail or by phone).
Sending the ordered products use the services of professional courier companies. On delivery it is necessary to confirm the receipt of signature. Please make sure that the address listed as the address for service will be present someone who can accept and acknowledge receipt of the shipment. Here are some useful tips on how to safely pick up your shipment:
1. Examine the status of outer packaging:
if the packaging is damaged, torn, dented, punctured or get wet;
or tape securing the shipment are not broken or cut by.
2. If everything is okay, sign the waybill. In case you have chosen cash on delivery courier pass the amount due.
3. any reservation in relation to the state of the packaging or the contents of the shipment let us know within 24 hours. To do this, send us a message via email to email@example.com. In the message, enter your order number, write what exactly happened. Attached please send photos of damaged packaging of each side (particularly damaged areas) and the inside of the box with fillings (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.). Be well and expect an exchange or refund.
