• After your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification with the parcel's waybill number, on the basis of which you can track its delivery on the Polish Post website.
• The post in SMS communication will inform you about the status of the parcel - pre-notification about sending the parcel and SMS notification when the parcel will be delivered to the Post Office of your choice.
• A pickup code will be provided in the SMS for prepaid shipments.
• It is necessary to present an ID card upon collection.
• The package will be waiting for collection by the Post Office for 7 days. The date by which it can be collected will be given in the SMS message.
• The unclaimed order will be returned to the warehouse.
• Shipments at collection points await collection for 7 days. This deadline cannot be extended.

InPost parcel lockers

InPost parcel lockers are a system of post office boxes throughout Poland, thanks to which you can pick up your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through InPost parcel lockers, you can pick up goods worth up to PLN 5,000 gross. Shipments reach the InPost parcel locker usually within one business day from the moment the package is dispatched from the warehouse. You have 48 hours to pick up the order - after this time, the package will be transported to the nearest InPost branch. Due to the limited size of the lockers, only parcels are delivered to Parcel Lockers whose dimensions do not exceed the dimensions of C: 39 x 36 x 62 cm and the weight does not exceed 25 kg.

Courier delivery - prepayment

The shipping cost is given including with the insurance amount - each time the packages are insured up to the value of the order. In the event of damage to the company tapes, the completeness of the received goods should be checked in the presence of the courier. If any deficiencies are found, a protocol should be drawn up (it is the only basis for accepting a complaint about the incompleteness of the goods). Shipments reach the addressee usually the next day after being dispatched from the warehouse. In the event of a temporary lack of goods in stock, you will be informed about this fact and about the possible extension of the order completion time.

Courier shipment - cash on delivery

The shipping cost is given together with the insurance amount - each time the packages are insured up to the value of the order. The maximum amount for which you can place a cash on delivery order is PLN 5000 gross.

You can pay for cash on delivery at the courier in cash, and additionally at the Inpost courier and DPD, you can pay by card or Blik. Shipments reach the addressee usually the next day after being dispatched from the warehouse. In the event of a temporary lack of goods in stock, you will be informed about this fact and about the possible extension of the order completion time.

Pallet shipment

Pallets are used for heavy items, large items or a collection of goods that are being shipped together. Our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance, and will not be taken into the premises.

Important: The pallet delivery service provides delivery to the roadside only. If your property is some distance from the roadside or in a multi-storey complex, please ensure someone able-bodied is available to unpack your pallet and remove your consignment from the roadside as the delivery driver will not provide this service. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered.

If you order more than one product that utilities this service, you will be charged on a per-product basis as multiple pallets will be required to deliver your order.
