This chopping board set from Hygiplas will do far more than simply protect your work surface. The pack includes six cutting boards that are colour-coded for use with specific food groups including raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat, salad and fruit, baked goods and vegetables - by having designated boards for each food type, you'll dramatically reduce the risk of cross contamination during food preparation too. Each board is made from low density polyethylene (LDPE), a lightweight plastic material that's easy to handle and simple to clean.
