How easy is it to adjust the shelves?

It's really easy - move each of the four shelf supports to the height required and replace the shelf - simple. Additional shelves and supports are available through the spares and accessories tab.

What's the internal height without the shelves?

The total internal height is 610mm, giving you plenty of space for taller cakes or displays.

Is the light independently controlled?

Yes, the light can be switched on and off as required, helping to save energy when not needed.
