Designed to withstand the rigours of continual use within a busy commercial kitchen, the Dualit 4 Slice Vario Toaster Red features award-winning ProHeat elements and extra wide 28mm slots. These slots mean it can accommodate the thickest breads, teacakes and even sandwiches (using a Dualit sandwich cage, available separately). A mechanical timer allows precise control of toasting and browning and a manually operated ejector lever keeps items warm until required, while a high lift mechanism allows easy and safe removal of small items. This Dualit toaster also features a selector switch meaning only the slots needed are heated, saving energy in quieter periods and allowing for consecutive toasting.
Please note, to ensure you're making evenly cooked toast every time, you should always use either two or four of the toaster's slots. Using only one or three of the slots may result in unevenly cooked toast.
