Which cutting discs should I buy?

Typically, most kitchens would need slicing and grating discs. Others such as dicers and julienne discs are available.


Why can't this slice soft vegetables or onions?

The Buffalo veg prep machine is highly powerful and is designed to shred through foods in seconds. Very soft ingredients can clog up the cutting mechanism, so it's usually best to use a separate dedicated machine for these tasks.
