A great quality three door prep counter, the True TSSU-72-18 is ideal for fast and efficient salad, sandwich or other snack preparation. Supplied with 18 1/6th size gastronorm pans, you can keep large quantities of ingredients close to hand, as well as large quantities of additional produce behind the stainless steel doors. Perfect for customer facing or back of house use.

What can this be used for?

The salad prep counter has the capacity to hold 18 x 1/6 gastronorm pans for serving up salad to customers in a front of house catering environment. The storage space behind stainless steel doors can also be used to store many different ingredients for later use producing salads or sandwiches.

How hygienic is this counter?

The True Salad Prep Counter has a robust stainless steel construction, which makes it easy to clean and keep hygienic for long periods. The slide-down lid featured on the prep counter protects its contents from contamination by pests or bacteria.

Is the counter easy to move around?

This counter is suitable for use in front and back of house, for preparation or for serving up salad products to customers. When delivered, the counter comes with castors which can be fixed to the bottom of the appliance, allowing it to be easily manoeuvred between the kitchen and front of house.

Over-sized, factory-balanced system improves temperature recovery times, making the cabinet colder quicker which keeps food fresher for longer and reduces running costs. High density closed cell foam insulation, coved corners for easy cleaning and internal light. Supplied with castors for easy manoeuvring.
