Are the drawers removable?

Yes, the drawers can be removed for maintenance or cleaning. It's also easy to replace the drawers back in once done.

How many shelves are included with the Polar G-Series counter?

The left hand compartment is supplied with a single shelf and floor protector. You can always add more shelves if required - see the Spares and Accessories tab below. Note that extra shelves will require a set shelf support runners.

Can you fix castors onto this counter?

Yes - durable castors are available through the Spares and Accessories tab, however these will raise the overall working height of the counter.
