Please inspect the delivered product when it is delivered. If the defect is a defect of the manufacturer or if we have provided the wrong product, XXLgastro will cover the return shipping costs and will ensure that the correct product arrives at the indicated address as soon as possible.

Internet sale
According to the Act of 2 March 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw in writing from the contract of sale within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Eligibility to withdraw from the contract is not available in the case of goods strictly performed by the ordering party and does not include entrepreneurs conducting business activity.
Reimbursement does not apply to transportation costs (both deliveries and returns) for which the customer will be charged.
