- LENGTHWISE" cell for loading GN 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and 1/1 plates.
- Load capacity: 10x GN1/1 or 8x 600x400mm.
- Production per cycle: 50Kg (+70° +3°) and 50Kg (+70° -18°).
- Chamber size: 505x705xh900mm.

- NB: delivered without grids and GN plates.
- Interior and exterior construction in AISI 304 stainless steel, monobloc structure, expanded polyurethane insulation, CFC and HCFC-free, 60 mm thick, stainless steel feet.
- Speaker: rounded corners and angles without roughness. Deep-drawn bottom that collects condensation towards the discharge. Easily removable plate holder structure, slides allowing the use of GN 1/1 or pastry dishes 600x400 mm. The unique design of the enclosure, coupled with the oversized AISI 304 stainless steel fan(s) positioned laterally, ensures temperature homogeneity and prevents drying out and frost formation on the food surface.
- Door: 180° opening, integrated handle, automatic closing with magnetic seal, microswitch to stop the fan when opening. Simple but effective, the door stop keeps the door open, preventing the formation of bad odours and bacterial proliferation. Non-reversible door.
- Cooling unit: hermetic unit (max. ambient temperature +43°), oversized ventilated evaporator treated against coating salts, automatic defrosting at each cycle or manual, safety pressure switch and thermal overheating relays, refrigerant R452a.
- TOUCH SCREEN" control panel 7" high definition color touch screen, allowing the user to customize all the main functions of the cooling cell.
- Managing favorites on the home screen. Front accessibility, ease and speed for after-sales service, IPx5 protection rating (against water jets with a hose).
- Memory (pre-programmable) for 1000 recipes, use in 16 different phases (choice of 16 different successive steps)
