Compatible with the manual (K581) or electric (K582) pasta machines from Imperia. Also available in tagliatelle and fettuccine thicknesses.

All steel roller machine capable of producing 9" wide sheets of pasta in 10 thicknesses (max. thickness of 3/8"). Cutters sold separately (three available). Electric and manual options available, electric option reduces effort required to thin and cut pasta.
