This Cambro high heat 1/2 GN cover with handle is designed to support HACCP guidelines and offer operators a variety of options to help preserve product freshness, flavour and quality from the point of storage, holding and serving. The high heat lid is ideally suited to use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units due to its wide temperature range. The translucent amber lid also allows clear visibility for inventory management. The lid fits Cambro high heat 1/2 GN size food pans.
