The 12" deep pan non-slip pizza covers keep air out whilst dough is being proven to give you a superior quality pizza. To prevent stacks of pizza pans from falling over when in transit, the lid features a slight recess, locking stacked pans together safely. Made from 1.2mm thick aluminium, the lids are easy to clean so can be interchanged between different styles of pizzas.

1.2mm aluminium cover to fit over pan rims while dough is being proved, keeping air out and encouraging the dough to rise. Recessed rim allows pans to stack, prevents lids from sliding off and aids transportation.
