This high heat 1/2 gastronorm pan from Cambro is 150mm deep and adjusts to temperature changes easily with a range of -40°C to 190°C. This allows the pan go straight from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other pans. The pan is also ideal for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal pans it is microwave safe.
