This high heat 1/1 gastronorm pan from Cambro is 150mm deep and is designed to be adaptable to temperature changes. With a temperature range from -40°C to 190°C the high heat pan can go from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other pans. This high heat pan is also suitable for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal pans it is microwave safe.
