Ideal as an extra grill, enables you to grill meat without adding fat once well-seasoned. Thick heavy quality iron: robust, the plancha has no risk of cracking over time. Can cut directly on the plancha, no coating. Reaches high temperatures: enables the Maillard reaction; excellent cooking results. Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly.
