If you need to prepare food in advance of a busy service, or if you simply want to extend the lifespan of fresh ingredients, the Buffalo stainless steel vacuum pack machine is a great option. Designed for performance, reliability and ease of use, the vacuum sealer quickly removes the air from embossed vacuum pack bags and seals it so you can refrigerate, freeze, sous vide, microwave or boil the contents. The machine can also be used as a standalone bag sealer. Not suitable for liquids.
