Compact and reliable, the Caterlite Vacuum Pack Machine is the ideal light duty appliance when preserving food for storage or sealing for sous vide/microwave cooking. Suitable for use in small cafes, restaurants or even the home, the Caterlite works by quietly removing air from embossed vacuum pack bags using a powerful 110 watt motor, extending the lifespan of food and reducing waste. Not suitable for liquids.
