The line HM knives are made of high carbon steel cobalt dedicated to making the highest quality knives. The blade is hardened to a level of 59-60 Rockwell so Idel suitable for professional applications. The effect is the result of hammering hot forging 300 tons of pressure which further increases the strength of steel. Unique, original design hammering also makes the cut products do not adhere to the sides of the blade. Polyacetal resin handle is hygienic, durable and comfortable in the hand.
