As well as being practical, the pan is also extremely durable, made from stainless steel, allowing the 200mm pan to stand up to constant use in commercial and domestic kitchens.

Robust design with 3-5mm thick aluminium body, reinforced base and extremely hardwearing four layer non-stick coating. Sturdy handle fixed with Teflon rivets. Compatible with all heat sources except induction and oven.
