Designed to work with an open chamber

The Opale oven is one of the few models designed specifically to work with an open baking chamber . This means that the operator can insert the pizza, turn it over or check the degree of baking at any time - without having to constantly open and close the door. The innovative design ensures temperature stability and minimizes heat loss, which translates into efficiency and energy savings. This is a huge advantage in environments where every second of work counts.

With a working temperature of up to 520°C and a baking time of around 1 minute , Opale is ideal for preparing authentic Neapolitan pizza. This series also allows you to bake pizza a pala , pizza al metro , pizza in trays , bread and even panuozzo – preserving the perfect structure and aroma of the dough.

The heart of the furnace – clay from Vesuvius

The floor of the baking chamber is made of natural volcanic clay obtained from the foot of Vesuvius. This raw material, thanks to its unique properties, allows for immediate heat transfer, evenly distributing the temperature over the entire surface of the chamber. The bottom made of this material provides ideal conditions for baking a thin, flexible base with a characteristic aerated edge - exactly as required by the Neapolitan style.

The interior of the chamber was made using traditional technology, using fireproof plates, steel and natural raw materials. Thanks to this, the stove not only heats up quickly, but also maintains heat for a long time, without the need for constant reheating.
