Yes, the overall weight capacity of the top glass is 10kg, meaning you could merchandise other products on top.

What's the maximum capacity of this fridge?

Each of the six 1/3rd size gastronorm pans can be up to 40mm deep, providing an overall capacity of around 9 litres.

Can the spacer bars between the GN pans be moved?

Yes, the spacer bars can be easily removed or changed to make cleaning easier. This also allows other 1/3rd compatible GN configurations to be used.
