This large frying pan from De Buyer delivers outstanding results, time and time again. Incredibly robust and durable, the 280mm pan absorbs heat slowly and distributes it evenly across the cooking area. It's suitable for any surface including induction, and is perfect for achieving professionally cooked, seared or browned ingredients.

The frying pan is protected by an organic beeswax coating, which can be easily removed with hot water and a soft sponge before first use. The pan also needs to be properly seasoned with oil, giving it a non-stick surface that improves with each use. A strong and sturdy handle keeps you in complete control at all times.
