Supplied with a rotary blade, which produces julienne cuts (3mm wide), and French fries (10mm wide), the mandoline guarantees consistent results every time for impeccable presentation. The durable and robust stainless steel construction is also designed for prolonged and extensive use, helping you keep the mandoline in excellent working condition for longer. It also can also produce straight cuts using the flade blade, or criss cross using the fluted blade. Safety guard sold separately.
