Polar is the highest Henkelman vacuum packaging series. It is intended for plants for the food industry, wholesalers and all places where high efficiency and reliability are needed.   Models of this series are characterized by an extremely solid construction based on proven solutions.

The device is made of high quality materials, high-strength stainless steel. Noteworthy here also a special hinge system , thanks to which a solid cover is extremely easy to raise. All Polar packers have IP65 protection class (protection against dust and water stream). Thanks to these aspects, this series is widely used, not only in the food industry, but also in every large production plant.

Polar series control panel is also very intuitive and easy to use . You can remember up to 10 different packaging programs , prolonging aeration or welding time. Optionally, the device can be equipped with an advanced ACS control system - allows you to memorize up to 20 programs and offers additional packaging functions.

Polar series has a flat work table and welding strips are mounted in the cover. Thanks to this, the device is extremely easy to clean.

Polar 80 packaging machine is equipped with a vacuum pump BUSCH   with high efficiency> 100 m³ / h , which It allows you to obtain 99.98% vacuum and two welding strips with a length of 760 mm and 510 mm (front and right). There are also other welding strip configurations that can be selected depending on your needs. A single operating cycle is about 15-40 seconds. The machine is equipped with a standard in the function of a delicate aeration (Softair) that prevents damage and deformations of the packed product and bags.
