Fluted pie pan in blued iron, with a removable (easy mould release, not watertight) bottom. Ideal for cooking traditional tarts, tart bases, pies or quiches. Undeformable sturdy pie pan. Blue colour of iron due to a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation. Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the pie pan reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise (Maillard reaction). Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.
