• Tank, dimensions 245x370x190 mm.
• Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
• AISI 316 stainless steel tank, thickness 15/10ths, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, with overflow for starches. The discharge valve (ball valve) is placed on the front panel of the appliance. The inside of the tank is provided with a double perforated bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel that protects the resistances from possible contact with the baskets.
• Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel resistors placed inside the vat, temperature regulation by means of a switch with 4 heating positions.
• The appliance is built in compliance with all the standards (CE) in force.
• NB: optional 4 baskets A60/CP-C8.
