• Grid and blade in stainless steel "auto-sharping".
• Cylinder parmesan rasp, with upper lever and the cylinder body made of "aluminum alloy" treated alimentary.
• Ventilated motor, ideally designed for intensive use.
• Wheel drive in oil bath.
• Low voltage control 24V.
• Production: meat 200 kg/hour, parmesan : 30 kg/hour.
• Delivered with a recovery container for minced meat in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Aplliances are in compliance with standards (CE) in force.
