• Cast iron cooking hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined forwards and provided with anti-splash rim on 3 sides welded in stainless steel (3 mm), perfectly sealed. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
• Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burner flame regulation, by a gas thermostatic valve T° 300°C, ignition by pilot flame and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access allowing very easy maintenance.
