• Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Cast iron cooking grid in stainless steel, provided with an anti-splash edge on 3 sides (3 mm) in stainless steel, adjustable in height by 2 levers equipped with athermic handles.
• Collection tray(s) for the cooking juices in stainless steel AISI 304, positioned on the front panel.
• Heating gas, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame.
• Combustion chamber made intirely of stainless steel and support grid lava stone, regulation by a gas valve, pilot ignition and safety system by thermocouple, piezo-electric device, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
