• Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins.
• Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels.
• Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
• Burner burners in watertight treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner regulation from 1.5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
• Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330x300 mm. (Dishwasher safe).
• Gas oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by means of a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
