Constructed from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), these boards are incredibly hygienic and easy to clean. Boards are also non-absorbent and odourless for long lasting quality and comply with all hygiene regulations.
This high density chopping board is colour coded blue for use with raw fish so it can be easily identified. Using separate chopping boards for each food group is the best practice to prevent the risk of contaminated food.
