Can you blend hot food in the Waring Xtreme blender?

Yes, the blender is suitable for blending hot ingredients, however for safety, it's recommended to blend no more than 500ml at a time. You should also remove the centre portion of the two-piece lid to allow venting of the rapidly heated and expanding air in the jar.

Is the Waring Xtreme blender loud?

The noise of the blender is largely dependent on the contents you're blending. For example, blending ice or nuts can be quite noisy when the blender is first engaged. If you're using the blender front of house, or if noise is a particular concern, versions with handy sound enclosures are also available.
