Perfect for storing soup, gravy, baked beans and hot toppings, the Buffalo bain marie is great for warming any liquid based food. Supplied with two large 5.2 litre pots, the bain marie has plenty of capacity for a full service. Even if one of the pots is running low, it's fast and easy to quickly swap out a new full pot (sold separately) and continue serving. Each pot also includes a handy notched lid, allowing you to store a ladle ready for dispensing.
