The 250mm long 24 wire whisk from Schneider features a thermoplastic handle with a hook, giving it a high resistance to impact and chemicals, meaning it is very robust, dishwasher-proof and virtually unaffected by strong cleaning chemicals. The whisk is also heat resistant up to 200 degrees Celsius, and has a wire thickness of 1.6mm.
